Day 7 Back To School Challenge: Inspiring Books

Hello bookworms,
How have you been?

Today's topic is
"Back To School Book Blogger Challenge Day 7: Inspiring books you had to read."
I get assigned to read a lot of books, in English and Albanian. Most of the books were the ones I never approved of, just because most of them were super cheesy romances/drama. But lately I had a new literature teacher, who gave us  some books I surprisingly enjoyed.

"Childe Harold's Pilgrimage " by Byron.
I don't read much poetry, but this book was amazing. I really understand Childe's disgust for the non caring people, and his need to be alone all the time. In some parts of the book, I felt like it was me, who was talking. This book inspired me to accept my loneliness. I should never be around fake people. Also I got inspired to appreciate the nature much more.

What about you ?

Have a great day!
Happy Scary Reading!

  1. There is nothing better than discovering part of yourself in the writing of another person. Sometimes a book or poem comes along that you didn't even realize how much you needed in your life. It's been a long time since I've read much poetry, so maybe I'll challenge myself this fall!

  2. Yes, that is the best feeling ever. Even though poetry is not my cup of tea, sometimes I enjoy it.

  3. I've never read anything by Byron. I would like to though. Maybe I'll start with this one since you recommend it.
